I had learn so many things in this hotel,honestly i enjoy all the department such as finance receptionn and excecutive lounge .Although it was tiring but it is so meaningful to me.This wonderful experience cant buy by money,it contain bitter sweet and sour.Housekeeping make is so free i can break and go back at anytime ,of course must not too early going back,finish cleaning the room can go back .i like to wash toilet but it make me feel so sick after cleaning the room.Finance and reception is the most busy department as they give me lots of task to do.and i love it:).Furthermore,efl was a place that i loose my weight as i walk to serve guest drinks .Guest comment is the best power to make me enjoy working there .Reception is the best place for me.I like to stand at front desk ,it was not easy because guest love to bump all the question for u ,and u must check in and out in a not less than 2 mins .I enjoy my 3 days at Concierge ,they are all very friendly and funny!Ronald such a caring team leader ,he keep on ask me whether i am bored and they do bring me go out whe they went to pick upo guest at kl sentral or smoking.They make me feel so touch .
